THE LLOYD PACK "JAKE" (Short Film)
Lionel Mustafa became famous by refusing to choose a single lane. Out of Dallas, Texas, he rose as the most recognizable monster truck driver on the planet, a dual athlete who treated the cockpit like an extension of his own body. His hands understood torque and timing the way elite runners understand stride. He trained like a hybrid—weights at dawn, sprint drills at noon, simulator laps deep into the night—determined to prove that spectacle did not mean softness, that a driver could be as physically disciplined as any field athlete. The Lloyd Pack followed him from city to city, a rolling convoy of mechanics, friends, and believers who thrived on motion and noise.
But the road demanded more than fame could repay. Weeks blurred into months, arenas replaced sleep, and Lionel's body absorbed impact long after the engines shut down. The constant travel, the pressure to perform bigger and louder each time, began to erode the margins that once protected him. Small mistakes crept in—missed landings, delayed reactions, strained muscles that refused to fully heal. Lionel still chased the idea of being undeniable, of rewriting what a monster truck driver could be, but the rolling-stone lifestyle was catching up fast. The Lloyd Pack kept moving forward, and Lael had to decide whether mastery meant pushing harder—or knowing when to slow down before the crash.
THE JAKE LLOYD (LP)
Jake Lloyd
The The Lloyd Pack soundtrack — produced by DSII and written by Jake Lloyd — channels the same genre-blending ethos that defined Jake’s earlier work on The Jake Lloyd LP, where soul, R&B, hip-hop, and alt-rock converged into a singular sonic identity rooted in Austin’s vibrant music scene. Across this original score, DSII’s textured production and Lloyd’s narrative lyricism underscore the emotional arc of Lionel Mustafa’s journey — from high-octane confidence to vulnerability and relentless drive — with dynamic arrangements that shift seamlessly between gritty grooves, atmospheric motifs, and anthemic refrains that echo the duality of a legend chasing both glory and meaning.
Jake Lloyd is an Austin, TX area based multi faceted artist, that you can’t confine to just one genre of music. Workingclosely with his longtime bandmate and producer, Danny Saldivar, also known as DSII. The two have crafted out a signature sound for Jake, fusing Soul, R&B, Hip Hop, Alt Rock, and many other genres that can be heard all throughout his music.
